This research is a qualitative descriptive study using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, group discussions (FGD) and documentation. The data collection tool used in this study was an interview technique with respondents, namely 97 students, 7 teaching staff, and the parents of the students from DTA Al-Mujahidin. This study uses primary data obtained through observations of activities in the Al-Mujahidin DTA and interviews with students, teachers and parents of students. The results of the study show that the Innovation of Character Education for Children during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Pangandaran Regency includes character values such as respect, responsibility, sharing, perseverance, friendship, cooperation, self-discipline, and honesty must be adjusted empirically for the student world, the situation is true It is really dealt with in a straightforward manner, not a problem faced by teachers or parents. Kemandirian diartikan sebagai karakter yang dapat menjadikan anak usia dini dapat berdiri sendiri, tidak tergantung orang lain khususnya orang tua. Orang tua khususnya ibu memiliki peran penting dalam proses pembentukan kemandirian anak. Jenis penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa besar peran ibu pekerja dalam membentuk sikap mandiri anak usia dini, pola asuh serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Dari hasil penelitian, maka diperoleh peran ibu pekerja dalam membentuk sikap mandiri anak yaitu: peran sebagai motivator, peran sebagai pengawas, peran sebagai pendidik &amp; pembimbing, peran sebagai panutan. adapun pola asuh yang paling tepat diterapkan oleh orang tua dalam membentuk sikap mandiri anak yaitu pola asuh demokratis. In addition, materials and resources need to be free from bias, such as social class, gender, ethnicity, religion, and urban bias. Thus, the authors of sources, materials, need to use the perspective of multicultural education, democracy and human rights in Era 4.0 in terms of implementing Islamic education in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to find out the urgency and reflection of multicultural education, democracy and human rights in Indonesia, where today's Islamic education continues to experience the complexity of its own challenges. Metode dalam riset kali ini yakni menggunakan metode Studi Lapangan (Field Research) dimana peneliti langsung terjun ke lapangan untuk menguak serta menggali tentang permainan balok yang digunakan oleh Para Guru untuk meningkatkan motorik halus anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya 1) kerjasama dan persiapan yang baik antara anak dan guru ketika kegiatan pembelajaran bermain balok dan 2) membentuk bangun sederhana, 3) membentuk bangun agak sulit, 4) terampil membentuk bangun balok dapat meningkatkan kreativitas, maka hal ini anak-anak RA Miftahul Huda Waringinsari mengalami peningkatan yang masuk kategori yang baik dalam mendengarkan penjelasan tentang metode bermain balok.</p> 2021-12-12T18:23:25+00:00 Copyright (c) 2021 Journal Averroes Media Ciamis
